Write the clinical playbook from day one at our upcoming Paramus clinic (opening soon). Start part-time and grow into full-time as the caseload builds. Carry a BCBA-level caseload, supervise RBTs, contribute to program design, and partner directly with the founding team on hiring and onboarding.
Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA)
Help shape clinical strategy as a founding team member for our upcoming Paramus clinic (opening soon). Oversee treatment integrity, mentor a high-performing clinical team, partner with families through consultation and parent training, and carry a small direct caseload.
